At 10am on Tuesday 10th September 2024, a Public Inquiry Meeting is to be held in Barcombe Village Hall. Its purpose is to determine whether the Definitive Map should be altered to create a bridleway through the weirs at Barcombe Mills.
A copy of the Order, Order plan, Explanatory Statement, Public Notice and the Inspectorate’s Notice of Order are available for public inspection at Reception, County Hall, East Sussex County Council, St. Anne’s Crescent, Lewes East Sussex BN7 1UE, 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4.30pm on Fridays; and at Wealden District Council, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, East Sussex BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 9.30am and 5pm on Wednesday.
