Traffic flow through Church Road will be limited from 12th January for three days.
East Sussex Highways says:
‘This is to carry out ditching work, remove tree roots that have become
integrated in the system and jet our drains to ensure they are clear and
working correctly.
On 10th January, Church Road will remain open with temporary traffic lights
in place.
Then on the 11th and 12th January, Church Rd will be closed from Barcombe
Mills Rd to approx 75m south. Traffic will be diverted via Barcombe Mills
Road, High Street, Hamsey Road, Mill Lane, Church Road and vice versa.’
