Land Availability Assessment, Barcombe Parish
Lewes District Council (LDC) has published detail on areas put forward by landowners as potentially suitable for housing. All were submitted in response to LDC’s formal ongoing Call for Sites – a process required by central government.
The documents listed below have so far been received by the Parish Council. Others will be added as they become available.
Please note that the inclusion of a site does not mean that it will prove suitable for housing, or that planning permission to build on that site will be granted. Details of the assessment process are in LDC’s Draft Methodology document below.
